What a lovely surprise to find an email acknowledgement for my order from an actual person in the business. It was a very nice personal email that showed how much Hannas appreciates the business. Such a pleasant departure from what I usually receive when I order things. My crochet cotton came well packaged and delivered within a few days. Will very happily buy from this store again and I love the idea of supporting a family business. It’s so hard for the small companies to survive these days.

Great quality. More often than not 4 ply crochet cotton is full of knots joins and the ply is uneven but this is great, consistent quality throughout. Thank you.

I love this cotton for topping kitchen tea towels. I have used for years. Quality yarn, washes well and maintains original finish and colour. Great range of colours. Hanna’s Store offers “great service” too.
