The brief pack was not really the one I wanted, but I am very happy to keep it, because I need more briefs! The brief pack I received contained blue/black colour combination briefs. The pack I thought I bought contains red/black colour combination briefs. The reason I am interested in the red/black colour combination is that red colours are supposed to bring good luck (whatever that may mean in the brief wearing world!). I have worn the red/black combination briefs for some years. However, when I went to buy more, Hanna's was the only retailer in Australia I found on Google that offered the red/black combination. So, if you have the red/black combination brief pack, I would love to buy them. Please let me know. In every other respect (price, delivery, communication) Hanna's is hands down way above all other online retailers I have bought from (and there have been MANY over the years). Your attention to, and care for customer, is exceptionally good. I also love your direct, personal communication approach, rather than the highly automated/robotic approach of most other retailers. Team Hanna, keep up your excellent care for customer approach. You may feel it is 'old-fashioned'. I feel it is utterly, totally 'new-fashioned' to receive such direct, online communication.
