Firstly I think the hat is great as described and high quality. However I was most impressed with the service provided by Hannas. It was only 2 days before the hat arrived by Australia Post. Not by some cheap courier serve that won't deliver to a rural address. The whole process was fast and efficient. Thnk you HANNAS.
