Michael was GREAT!
It's not easy trying hats online and as far as I know HANNAS are the only (Aussie owned and operated also) that will send you a postage return if you need to change sizes
Not even AKUBRA themselves offer such GREAT service PLUS PLUS (no, I didn't stutter) - THEY ARE CHEAPER @'HANNAS!

Very happy with except the band as i was looking mire for a plain band however still very happy with the hat . The serve ce and updates to let me know progress was excellent. I will happily shop here again
