Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
You can return any garment within 14 days of receiving the item for an Exchange, a Credit in Store or, if a product is deemed to be faulty, you can choose to have a Refund.

Please contact us via email (email@example.com) to inform us of any garments that you wish to return
Ensure that the garments are in their original condition (have not been worn, washed or altered) and have their original packaging & tags if you are wanting to get an Exchange or Credit in store.
If you do decide that you’re unhappy with a garment that you have purchased, it will need to be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the delivery. You can return items purchased online to the Toowoomba store.
Exceptions can be made to theses rules(eg Christmas presents/birthday presents) or if delivery has been delayed. Happy to exchange Christmas presents if incorrect size/color for anything online or in-store up two weeks after Christmas/Delivery of goods
Hannas Toowoomba uses the Refunds and Returns Policy from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) and the Office of Fair Trading. (see www.qld.gov.au/law/fair-trading )
Any returned items are at the expense of the customer but if the garments are deemed to be faulty, we will include the cost of the return in the refund amount.
