A fantastic buying experience from Hannas in Toowoomba. The entire process was seamless, and communication with Michael Hanna was excellent — friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout. It’s refreshing dealing with a business that still values customer service and makes the buying experience effortless.
As for the jeans themselves… they’re Levi’s. There’s honestly not much more that needs to be said. This is the original denim company, with a legacy dating back to 1853, and the quality, craftsmanship, and reputation speak for themselves.
I purchased two pairs of Levi’s 511 Slim Fit Workwear Jeans — one in Indigo Wash and one in Medium Stonewash. While they aren’t the iconic original Levi’s 501 Button-Fly jeans (because the zipper had not yet been invented), they still carry the same heritage and attention to detail that have made Levi’s a global standard in denim for generations.
I've been wearing Levi's since I was a kid, and I'm now in my early 60s. It has always been more than just a clothing brand; it’s an institution. I still remember their late 90s billboard ad campaign that famously played on the influence of the brand:
“Tommy wore them” (Tommy Hilfiger)
“Calvin wore them” (Calvin Klein)
“Ralph wore them” (Ralph Lauren)
…and they did — because Levi’s has always been the benchmark that even other fashion icons respected.
